One on One Platform Boot Camp Coaching Agreement
with Suzanne Falter-Barns

In order for you to fully maximize your participation in my private coaching program, here is an explanation of how the One on One Platform Boot Camp works. A quick read through right now will save potential frustration down the road, and help us both move forward efficiently.

Design of the Program
The One on One Platform Boot Camp includes three one hour sessions to be held over six weeks plus two ½ hour sessions to be held over the subsequent six weeks. Total duration of the session is three months, unless a special arrangement is made with Suzanne.

The content is designed to build your platform from wherever you are in the platform development process.

Your coaching program also includes free access to all of Suzanne’s other platform building materials:

Suzanne is available ANY TIME for email consultation during the tenure of your coaching time together. She will do her best to get back to you promptly. Please send all questions to her at sfb@getknownnow.com. No calls please.

If you wish to sign up for another Boot Camp session after your first one is complete, you will need to discuss this further with Suzanne before registration can be completed. This is to ensure that another round of the Boot Camp will move you where you want to go.

This structure is to ensure you proceed with enough velocity and commitment to really get the job done. This is what Suzanne has determined works best to ensure that your platform gets build efficiently.

Appointment Policy
Please show up for all calls as scheduled. Suzanne will call you at the number you provide. Please make sure you have any pertinent materials on hand.

We fully understand that sometimes you or Suzanne may need to reschedule due to unexpected circumstances. However, we request you make all efforts to keep the momentum going by meeting as previously planned. If you do not show up for one of your Boot Camp sessions without informing us in advance, you will forfeit that session.

Payment Policy
Payment is due for entire Platform Boot Camp in advance of the first session, $3,000, by Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card or e-check.

If you are not happy with the coaching, you are entitled to a 75% refund after the first session, but not after any subsequent sessions. To apply for your refund, please email Suzanne at info@getknownnow.com with a brief explanation for your withdrawl from the program.

What You Can Expect
In order to prepare for the Platform Boot Camp, you need to fill out an assessment form which will be provided in your welcome email. This way, you and Suzanne begin coaching with a clear sense of what needs to be accomplished.

If you do your best to keep your coaching agreements/goals set during each call, you will see serious forward momentum in your platform growth and development. Please note: You may or may not get your brand right away – sometimes it takes time. But this process has been designed to really make that process as efficient as possible.

While it may not always be possible to make certain things happen in a set amount of time, Suzanne and her team are committed to moving you towards your goals as efficiently as possible.

HOWEVER, none of that can happen if you do not keep up with assignments between sessions. You will tailor a to-do action list with Suzanne in each call and agree to a reasonable time frame to accomplish this. So forward action will be entirely up to you and your commitment level.
